Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of Microcel’s Consumer Terms and Conditions. Please review the Consumer Terms and Conditions for more details. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Consumer Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Terms and Conditions apply. Any capitalized term used in the Policy that is not defined has the meaning set out in the Consumer Terms and Conditions.

FREE SHIPPING ON CERTAIN ORDERS

Microcel offers free shipping within Canada on orders of $100.00 or more! (after any discounts and before applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges); some conditions may apply*. 

*CONDITIONS:

This free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Orders shipping to any of the Canadian Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut) or any FSA codes(first three digits of your postal code) that include 0 are excluded from Microcel’s free shipping offer. Additional charges may apply when shipping to a PO Box or these excluded regions.

For excluded regions or orders that do not meet the minimum price threshold, please note that shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

NO ORDERS OUTSIDE CANADA

Please note that we do not ship to destinations outside of Canada.

P.O. BOXES:

1. Microcel’s preferred carrier is UPS.

2. Delivery to a PO Box address is NOT possible via UPS.

3. PO Boxes are only serviced by and accessible to Canada Post.

4. If a PO Box address is provided, the order will ship via Canada Post. Additional shipping fees may apply and delivery times may be longer.

BUSINESS/WORKING DAYS:

A business/working day is a regular work day in Ontario. Business/working days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 5PM on Monday.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Microcel reserves the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging and common carrier to ship Products; however, we generally ship Products by mail and courier. We may not be able to ship to a post office box, to certain addresses or on certain days, as indicated above. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments. We will ship your order to the shipping address that you provide to us on checkout.

We are not responsible for any errors you make in order contents, delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. In case your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can:

  • Issue a Refund: We will issue a refund if you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery. We will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges/penalties UPS (or other shipping carrier) applies for returning the package to us; or

  • Re-ship: In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods.

The risk of loss of any Product(s) ordered through this Site shall transfer to you upon delivery of the Product(s) to the shipping carrier. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we assume no control over and are not responsible for weather-related damages occurred during Product transit after shipping, such as, but not limited to, Product breakages due to freezing, or damages resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
